Disclosure is a simple solution FOR CONTRACTOR FRAUD
AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Disclosure offers limited government involvement with marketplace enforcement.
That's so important, because a rule that is passed, without enforcement,
is worthless. If a contractor would lie or intentionally misrepresent with
fraudulent information to influence a purchase, they risk non-payment, and
possible incarceration.
