Consumers will have the ability to post their stories and dealings with incompetent dishonest contractors. Every year we hear how crime has either gone up or down in America, and we know a lot of money is lost on violent crimes by criminals who break into our homes. But homeowners lose more money dollar for dollar from the crimes that some dishonest and incompetent contractors do on a daily basis.
